I haven't been on here for a long time all looks so different. I don't know if I'm on the right forum. I have just started eating rice cakes as I'm wheat and gluten intolerant and finding hard to find things to eat, even wheat and gluten ready made makes me ill.
Anyway as I say eating rice cakes but can't work out how many carbs in one biscuit. It says on the packet 87carbs for 130g, there is twenty four in the packet. I can't add up for toffee
Meant to say on heading Maths question.

Can you weigh your rice cake portion? What's the weight of the whole packet?

assuming the whole packet is 130 gm and that is why its quoted then the answer is 87/24 =3.625
cheers

4 g of an 8 g item would be about 50%, which in the scheme of things some take as high carb and would not touch but then the portion control comes into play..
life is a balancing act I find.
