Hiya, Everybody!

I can't believe I forgot about this....but
I've been on a journey, sorting out lots
of things and to be honest, not good, I
haven't fell well, I am feeling broken in
myself and feel like the person who is
or did post those earlier posts on here,
isn't me at all.

I'm getting the best help by specialists.

this felt more better to post this within
this topic on here but for those who do
remember me, thanks for your help, it's
really appreciated to hear from you, .

Just be good to yourself and well done on getting help when you need it... I know it's hard to reach out, especially when things are bad and you need it most.

It's good to hear from you again, I'm sorry you've been having a bad time but glad that you are getting help.

Though your time zone is different to many of the posters, there's usually someone around if you have any questions or just want to chat (or vent or have a good whinge:)).

Have some virtual hugs.
