So ketones...
If someones ketones are up and down for few weeks from 0.2 to 4.2 mmol/l and is thirsty, tired and sometimes nauseous could they be in dka? What should they do?

Can you give us a little more background to your situation, as Antje has asked how are your blood glucose levels ? What insulins are your taking and are you following a basal/bolus regime ?
