I just wondered if anyone used this in their tea/coffee as it seems to be lower in carbs than normal milk but if it tastes weird I’ll not bother! The carbs are 2.6g per 100ml versus 4.6g regular semi skim milk per 100ml.
I’m sorry but I’ve tried almond milk in my tea/coffee and I really don’t like the taste.
Thanks

We tried it and it was ok. But we then tried oat milk - which sounds hellish but is actually really nice. Husband used to take 2 sweetex in his tea and now he can do without any. I'm not sure how many carbs it has but I think it's def less than cows milk. The brand I'm getting is Oatly. Makes great coffee too - but don't get the "light" stuff, it's not as nice.

I’m not sure if I could have oat milk as I’m a coeliac and I can’t even tolerate GF oats.
But I will look into, thank you

I use unsweetened almond milk for tea and 1 coffee a day from the coffee shop. I find it fine. The trouble with Oat milk carbs too high for me.
Oh and the Barristas tell me 'Breeze' is better for frothing

I am lactose intolerant. I use Lactose free cream when cooking and, occasionally lactose free milk to make my own yougurt. I cannot comment on the taste in tea or coffee because I have both tea and coffee black. I have not drank milk since I was a baby and was found to be lactose intolerant. However, I cannot see why it should taste different from normal milk, when it is real that has lactose removed. As I understand it, it has no additives. But, I guess someone will prove me wrong.

I am lactose intolerant as well!
I have my tea black and strong.
I cannot abide any of the lactose free milks!
But that is me! You may find different
And because of my intolerances, I never use it in anything, only fresh food, that hasn't been through a machine!
