Hello everyone
I have become more a lurker than an active member as I am not a big participator in social media ( makes me anxious don’t know why)but wanted to share my latest update with the crew.
Things are still going well with the LCHF way of life, all be it a little more relaxed
so I need to be careful of carb creep.
I have always been moderate to high compared to many on here( circa 80-100g a day)and after my first check up post diagnosis I was told I need to return for 12 months.
My anxiety got the better of me and I have been back to get an update. Which was 5.4% which has not helped with my anxiety but I accept it is a good result.
Summary
April diagnosis 6.9%
July re test 5.7%
November update 5.4%
Total weight loss 4stone 4lbs
