Hi! I had my HbA1c test last Wednesday, six months after the last one when I had gone back into the diabetic range at 48 mmol/L.
I got my test results online today and pleased to say I have gone back down into the pre-diabetic range with 43 mmol/L.

Thanks guys! I hadn't been on here for a few weeks, feeling a bit disconnected, but this test result made me feel better.

I had a HbA1c test again last Wednesday, and I am still in the pre-diabetic range with a reading of 44 mmol/L.
I'm happy with that.
