When I was first diagnosed, I was given a card that said something along the lines of "this person has type 1 diabetes which is treated with insulin" and then had a place to put the dose. That's it, one place to write my insulin to carb ratio for eating, insulin sensitivity factor for corrections, basal dose (and time), sick rules, ...They forgot to write your dose on there !!
yeah jaylee was an hour sitting --- finger pricks and injections are much more painful than this was
1 15 minute visit to discuss , a 15 minute follow up to confirm the rough design of the tattoo and pay a deposit and then an hour for the actual tattoo -- total cost £ 80 and she will be donating £15 to JDRF as part of the tat1d program on instagramWow you're brave @himtoo !! Very smart work, how long did it take ?
