It will be owned by Lidl and I doubt they would share itThanks for the link.
What i am interested though it's the recipe.
But i have the feeling that this won't be easy to find.

@geoffers Taylor It shouldn't be a problem....waits for your results .....I was passing a Lidl this morning just as it opened so I bought a few of these rolls to try.
Me try. Me like.
Just hoping that my 2 hour BG won't be a problem....
Spike of +3.5 after two hours
Spike .
Spike of +3.5 after two hours
So not for me, it seems.
@GeoffersTaylor try another one.
You may find the spike is lower next time, because there will be less of the frenzied anticipation and edge-of-seat angst.
Eating half one might work, too. And eating them with lots of butter and/or protein, like bacon or cheese. That'll slow the spike.
I cut them in half before freezing, then pull one half out at a time, because my bg goes above +2.0 with a whole one. But then, there is a lot of soya flour in them, and not everyone does well with soya.
I have found that by continually throwing one slice of 50/50 bread at my system it now tolerates it quite well after big spikes at first....8.6 for one slice then 7.8...then 7.2.....6.8.....now 6.2 and dropping each time I have one (which is usually smothered in butter as a treat for brekkie to try and put a little weight back on).Actually I was planning to have a 1/2 with loads of Fatty toppings for brekkie this morning, but they weren't in the freezer so HID must have binned them. I had a slice of German Rye instead, and that went pear shaped, so I'm giving up on any bread for a while.
Anybody know the ingredients in lidl triangle bread roll? Thanks
I had to cut mine down a little as the soya affected oestrogen dominance and was causing raging hot sweats but have now corrected that by using progesterone cream ....so far so good....sweats have gone and a roll today (first one in a few weeks) hasn't had any bad effect so far...fingers crossedI'm wheat intolerant, but i can have a whole one of these rolls, with no ill effects except for a slightly hiked bg.
Half a roll barely registers.
Marvellous result! (Although i try not to push things, and only have one rarely)
