I had looked into doing this about 7 years ago. I wasn,t diagnosed diabetic then.
I spoke to my gp with the form to sign. He refused. But when I found out the cost, there was no way I could have afforded it.

I only know of one person that did the lighter life.
He lost overall 10 stone. He looked great.
This was 16 years ago.
Fast forward to 9 years ago, he has put all and a bit more on. He also now has t2 diabetes. Also before putting the weight back on, he was rushed into hospital because of severe pain, which turned out it was his gallbladder. Had it out. In his words, never would he do that again. I Don, t want to scare you and hope all goes well
