My legs/arms are too thin, too painful and were always a problem with mdi too. My stomach doesn't work due to scar tissue from years of mdi. I currently use my hips round to my back, then 4 sites across my front below my ribs and then the other hip to back side. I may have 4 sites on my bottom but I've never tried and due to other issues I currently don't want to be trying any new areas right now.
