logging in on main site

Had no idea where to post this.
From late afternoon and even just prior to this, I can,t log in. Manage to get through via Facebook xx

I just can,t log in via the main site
 
Slow for me with page loading, no problems login in as I do not log out.
 
I don’t log out either, but finding everything very slow this evening :(
 
Slow indeed.. frustratingly so.. my quick wit and ready repartee is being slowed artificially...
 
@ally1 - Glad you got here in the end. If this persists for you, could you let me know and I'll raise it with the techies.

@therower - I must admit it's been a bit laggy for me tonight too.
 
Me too. I've been trying or hours. I've even had to reset my password because it didn't remember me and I've no chance of starting a thread at the moment.
 
I tried to login several times since lunchtime and the system wouldn't let me in.

Everything seems slow for me now also.

I thought it was me or my device!
But it is slow and posting takes minutes rather than seconds!
 
Guys - I have reported both these issues to HO - both the general forum speed, and those of you experiencing issues logging on.
 
When I try on main log in, it says DCUK ID
Whatever that means. Mobile I get nowhere but on tablet at least I can get here via Facebook.
On my mobile it says MAIN TRY AGAIN LATER

The DCUKiD button should work if you try it, @ally1 - I hope.

To clarify ally, on your mobile do you use the app or browser? I'm happy to raise these issues for you.
 
@DCUKMod I just tried to login on my new mobile phone, and I cannot login to to the forum at present.

I did not get a screen shot of the message, but it said it was confused about some thing or other. :***:

Edit: Using Chrome browser.

Thanks Tipetoo. As I said, I have raised the issue, but all context is valuable.

If you managed a screenshot, but can't get it onto here, please email it to [email protected] and I'll ensure it lands in the most appropriate lap.

I do appreciate everyone's input.

No worries. When the forum is wading insludge like tonight, it can be difficult to differentiate between sludge impact and a potential defect.
