Looking for low carb cracker

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a low carb cracker recipe that would go well with guacamole. I was thinking of something with chia and flax seeds and possibly other seeds. I'm thinking of using some almond flour and xanthum gum instead of regular flour. Even ground up cauliflower might work. I'm just not sure of the ratios to use. Since this is a cracker it doesn't need to be light and fluffy like bread. I would also like to make this my self as most store crackers have way to many carbs.

Thanks for the help.

I usually buy Carrs Water biscuits or something similar as they only have 2 or 3g of carbs each.

Thanks for the recommendations. Only problem is im not in the UK. I might be able to find them here in Canada.

On that note I did find a product called Siljins. They are a small cracker cup and they are only 2 carbs per 8 cups. I could eat the whole box of 24 at that rate.

Sorry I was mistaken. They are 4 carbs per 8 cups. Also miss spelled them. They are called Siljans. Still at only 4 carbs per 8 I can have a few of them with my guacamole with out a sugar spike.

Those look very good. Thanks for the suggestion. Might have to give their pizza and burger buns a try also.

Try searching Google for low carb cracker recipes - you'll find plenty to choose from!

If I want something crispy, I cheat a bit and make parmesan crisps - basically just little heaps of grated parmesan cheese cooked in the microwave until bubbly and lacey. I sometimes add a little flax and or chia to the cheese.

Happy baking, Robbity
