Grace premium Thai coconut milk is 75% coconut ( much higher than most) - it has a thick and creamy texture similar to a good Greek yogurt - 75 g with 10-15g almonds and 25g raspberries makes a deliious and filling breakfast / light meal.
Its available through Amazon or Asda
Makes great coconut yogurt too

Have you had a look at Skyr? The carb content is not as low as 3% carbs but at around 4%, it is lower than yoghurt.
Apparently, it is a cheese because it contains rennet but has a similar texture to Greek Yoghurt.
It is also being pushed at the moment so it is available from most supermarkets and most have a special offer on.

Sadly this isn't available for home delivery from Asda (through their phone app). :(

I did try it but found it a bit bland..

Tried it but tbh didnt like the texture. Used it for a while mixed with greek yogurt and that improved things

I found the Skyr a bit dry in texture. Found a plan yoghurt in my local Quality Save that is 4% carbs and pretty low in fat too. (don't ask the name - I can't remember!)
