I'd love to start one. Any investors out there listening? One of these days a chain of low carb cafes and restaurants might start up?
I was out today at a softplay park for children and the food there was for vegetarians, vegans, there was halal and lactose free food there too. But no low carb.
Thanks. You've confirmed my initial findings regarding the nuts particularly. Supermarket prices are comparable to other online suppliers, unless you can buy in ridiculous volume.I use Amazon a lot, these are links to products I’ve bought.
Inulin, quite a small packet, so depends how much you want:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01FFS8Y7W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=
LC maple syrup:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B072J6TYG4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Whey protein isolate:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00S9YOLMW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Psyllium husk:

The rest of your list I buy from Tesco
Erythritol I get from Amazon

You might also be interested in monkfruit sweetener - good for caramels and cheaper than inulin . Can only find the Amazon link right now, which is a bit more pricey, but I know that @maglil55 has a cheaper source, the link for which I can’t find
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lakanto-Natural-Sweetener-Diabetics-Aftertaste/dp/B07N2ZVC5G
Flaxseed, chia seed, ground almonds I get from various supermarkets. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of difference in price.
For cocoa, Lidl’s brand is the lowest carb I’ve found (8.7g/100g) and pretty cheap.
This is a useful resource

Hi I too am another Amazon user - it’s the free delivery and generally lower prices. I do sometimes get some things at local health food stores but always costs so much more for the specialist stuff! Also with things like psyllium husk you need the blond Version - I like to double check with reviews that it dosent turn things purple on baking! Harder to check in shops with small print!Help needed from keen LC bakers! I'm needing to restock my cupboards and interested in where everyone gets their baking supplies. I've been buying bits and bobs here and there, but I don't think it's that cost effective. Where will I find the following things at a reasonable price. I'm willing to buy in bulk in reason, but we haven't got a huge amount of space.
Erythritol
Inulin
Liquid stevia
LC syrup (e.g maple flavour, vanilla, etc)
Whey Protein Isolate
Psyllium husk powder
Flaxseed
Chia seed
Coconut flour
Ground almonds
Whole nuts
Thanks!

I now need a special low carb baking cupboard!!
I’ve got a drawer ( pan one) which is getting fuller and messier all the time but need to reorganise my cupboards!Don’t you have one yet!?I started with a shelf and have now taken over a whole cupboard!
No. I do have an account with Lucky Vitamin but they are US based so you have to watch the addition of duty/taxes/shipping etc.Found the monkfruit link

I've got a double wall cupboard, the 2 smaller cupboards either side of the cooker hood and part of the pan drawer! All thankfully reorganised now.I’ve got a drawer ( pan one) which is getting fuller and messier all the time but need to reorganise my cupboards!
