Robb Wolf - 'Will A Low Carb Diet Shorten Your Life?'

A little disappointed in this guy's talk. He seems to be strong on the ineptness of the food diary data but placatory about the U-shped curve result. #0 minutes ight to too short a time to do the whole critique justice.
By contrast Zoe Harcombe in her blog wrote a scathing rebuttal of the paper, pointing out the statistics chicanery that was present and the number of duplicated studies.
The problem my endo had was that he knew of the persons who wrote the paper but did not know Zoe and so his response to me that he could not recommend the low carb diet for me was based on his judgement of character and familiarity, not on pure scientific principles. How many clinicians are like this??
