Does @There is no Spoon mean for eg. Skimmed milk and low fat cheese and low fat yoguarts?Seriously?.. I have never seen a low fat diet advocating for eating the things you list.
Have you not seen the low fat diets talking about a matchbox sized bit of cheese a day, and half a pint of milk, with a sliver of spread if you have to, but stop most saturated fats? I thought that was the standard dietary advice.Seriously?.. I have never seen a low fat diet advocating for eating the things you list.
not round here, low fat products are frowned on the the nurses and HCP's. Full fat, but only a teeny bit.Does @There is no Spoon mean for eg. Skimmed milk and low fat cheese and low fat yoguarts?

That’s certainly the advice they give at Slimming World. With the addition of unlimited Muller light yogurt, which contains about 12g sugar in each!Have you not seen the low fat diets talking about a matchbox sized bit of cheese a day, and half a pint of milk, with a sliver of spread if you have to, but stop most saturated fats? As I said I have never seen a low fat diet that advocates the use of butter.. But low carb low fat is almost as silly an idea as caloric restriction they may well be successful in the short term but are long term unsustainable.Have you not seen the low fat diets talking about a matchbox sized bit of cheese a day, and half a pint of milk, with a sliver of spread if you have to, but stop most saturated fats? I havent eaten so many things since starting low carb. I've cut out loads of nutrients but I lost weight. Not intentionally. I look back and I eat less of everything. Remember I'm a big person so beef and veg would supply enough iron normally but I'm big so need more but i 'm feeding my body too little nutrients. If I add those foods back, I'll never lose weight. Its worrying that low carbing has made you anemic. I didnt know that was a side effect : (((((

The diets seem to recognise the need for calcium. And I thing we all ignore anyone telling us to go for low fat yougart but in the response to the OP I did stress the importance of low Fat being what you add or take away from a meal not buy of the shelf.Does @There is no Spoon mean for eg. I buy a bag of baby spinach in any supermarket when I do my weekly shop costs £1. It usually has a good date and keeps well after opening. The taste is milder than spinach so as salad leaves with a squirt of lemon juice. Its great in an omlette I find. I am sorry you have so many difficulties managing your health complexities.I must buy some frozen as fresh goes off too quickly. Not e eryone sells frozen thou. I'll keep an eye out.
