Hi, At work my colleagues are always bringing green coloured interesting smoothies in what they have made which they say include items such as kale, nuts, fruit and maybe spinach. One of the older guys in his 60s says that squeezing a lemon in it takes the edge off it. He reckons he has got better blood than his doctor half his age, and I can believe it as he says he is getting 10 a day rather than 5 a day.
