Low Carbing and Ketones. Please help

I picked up on an article in the BMJ open site (british medical journal) where they analyzed just under 70,000 cases where they had blood lipid tests and an age at death. There was a remark about how total cholesterol was proving to be a non issue, as more research was being done, and that the lowering of LDL was not proving beneficial.
 
I read the following in Saturday's 'I ' newspaper. "Walking for an extra 15 minutes a day in middle age could cut the risk of heart attack and stroke more effectively than statins.". Interesting - but unfortunately did not provide any links to the study that proved this. Googled it and the research was done by St George's University London but I couldn't get any further information.
 
I have read most of those and other individual's opinions too, i don't know whether individual's opinion should be taken as a proof, but here is a consensus statement from
