I'm a 25 year old type 1 diabetic of 7 years. My DN has never advised me much on low/no carbs and after recently having a baby I'd really like to give it a go, not only to keep my hba1c within range but also to help with maintaining a healthy weight.
I know what carb free means and that the obvious idea is to cut out bread, pasta, potatoes, rice ect ect. But, I'm worried about getting really bored eating the same things repeatedly and then things will go backwards instead of forwards.
Can anyone give me proper examples of what they actually eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks on a daily basis? Please don't just say 'eggs' or 'meat'
