Re the last post - unfortunately kiwis are one of the highest carb fruits!
A good tip is:
Lowest - any of the berries (cranberries only if they haven't been soaked in sugar)
Lext lowest - summer fruits - peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots
Next - winter fruits - apples, pears, citrus fruits
Quite high - tropical fruits - bananas, pineapple, pomegranate, mangoes, fresh figs, kiwis
Very high - tangerines, grapes, cherries
Highest - all dried fruits - currants, raisins, sultanas, dates, dried apricots, prunes, figs
