This has 0g carbs and 0g sugars, yummy I like these and can be used in stir frys, salads or jut eat it as is..

Also excellent diced and cooked in strangled egg! If you make this bread......

Flax Seed Bread

Ingredients;

1½ cups of milled flaxseed
½ cup malted brown flour
OR
2 cups of milled flax seeds
5 eggs, beaten
½ cup water
⅓ cup melted butter or olive oil
½ cup mixed seeds
1½ Tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp caraway or fennel seeds (optional)

Method

Beat all of the wet ingredients together until eggs are well beaten. Mixed all the dry ingredients together and add the wet ingredients to them. Place the mix into a greased or lined nonstick bread tin and bake at gas mark 6, 200c, 400f for 50 - 55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Made without the flour, a twelve slice loaf has less than 2g carb. Made with the flour it's about 4g per slice. It can be sliced into even thinner slices which would be fewer carbs.

.......then you can have it on toast. I find this bread has a strong eggy flavour so it lends itself very well to all manner of eggs on toast or even eggy toast!

thanks for the link to carbgenie...it's just what I have been looking for.
All this carbs business is so confusing...that will help a lot

Thanks also Ladybird64 for the carbgenie link  ,what a brilliant idea! Shopping trips will be so much quicker now:D Maybe in the near future supermarkets will have a lo-carb section like the free-from section.

Nice sliced up in an omelette, you can get Mattersons SPS in Iceland and Farmfoods where they are often on offer at 2 packs for £2.

No, in the future all the supermarket aisles will be low carb, except a small section selling Cereal and Harvest Crunch bars and low-fat instant porridge.

German made Frankfurters tend to be 0% carb too![try LIDL and ALDI I'm not sure about other kinds of "Hot dogs"

Is that half a cup of malted brown flour??

I have to get this right.

Yep, half a cup. I used malted brown flour because it was what I had (apart from the evil white flour). Today I'm making it with all flaxseed - I'm just grinding our own for the first time and the grinder takes forever.

Will try and get a picture up later when the loaf is done.
