Hi, I have been taken this to drop a meal and ensure i get the necessary vitamins to train in the gym it states it has no sugar and very low fat does anyone know if it's ok to take or is it detrimental to my type 2. Any feedback welcome

Low sugar is good but low fat is not necessary to control type 2, however what is the carb content, all carbs turn to sugar. The only way to see if it affects your sugar levels is to test before consuming it and two hours afterwards.
