Medication combos making me Ill?

I takeJanumet, Forxiga and Glicazide. For months now I have a ridiculous amount of lethargy. I literally sleep most of the day. Showering leaves me exhausted. My legs ache when I stand up, my whole body aches and i can feel my BP rising, and i have to sit down again until it passes. I am wondering whether these symptoms are linked with my medication combination.

What are your blood sugars like? I'd expect high blood sugars to induce lethargy.....

I assume you're T2? How long have you been diagnosed?

That does sound like a pretty heavy duty combo of T2 meds, what is a typical day's diet like for you?
 
Diabetic medications all made me sick that I tried, but it turns out I needed insulin as I was a misdiagnosed T1. But I also have a tendency to be allergic to things. Start looking up the side effects of the meds you are on so you can have a doctors visit or call and tell him you have this or that symptom and the meds are known for causing it and what does he recommend. I find it's best to go in with the knowledge as the doctors are busy and don't always keep up or remember what all the symptoms can be. That way he can also arrange any other tests that might be needed to figure out what is going on.

Do contact the doctor though, something might need to be adjusted and you might need to be checked.

Have you checked with your GP to see what the problem may be as it could be nothing to do with the pills you are on however, my OH has, amongst other things, AFib which he takes a Beta blocker for to control which, unfortunately has given him Asthma thus he now has two inhalers and another pill added to the mix. Have a look at the drug side effects and also there is a drug compatibility/contradiction index - not sure where I found whilst googling one day!

Janumet does list extreme fatigue as a side effect, but I'd be a little more concerned about your blood sugars. Everything but the kitchen sink is being thrown at them, which tells me they are so high they need to get it thrown at them, and what you're experiencing may be linked to high blood sugars instead (or as well). Have you changed your diet at all? (This assuming you're a T2).

I could ditch my medication after a diet change... Been in the normal range ever since. https://josekalsbeek.blogspot.com/2019/11/the-nutritional-thingy.html might help you. Though with all the drugs you're on, don't try a diet change without medical help and a meter, because you'll hypo.
