Hi all,
I'm getting a bit concerned about my obsessiveness with controlling my diabetes. Beating myself up when I'm high and if I have a hypo it pretty much ruins my day. Irrational thoughts, running things over in my head again and again. This is amplified by being a mother of two infants, breastfeeding, having lost 5 stone (deliberately) and the knock on effect all of these things have on my diabetes control.
What I'm asking is....where do I go for advice and support with diabetes related mental health? I don't need drugs, I just need someone to help me rationalise my thoughts.
Thank you
