I have recently been made diabetes champion at work. I work in a mental health home. Does anyone have experience of how mental health meds affect their diabetes or of how their diabetes affects their mental health?

Hello @Josephine1978 welcome to the forum.

Diabetes and mental health are intricately linked, fluctuating blood glucose levels affects mood, as does diet, as does the constant care management required to monitor and control glucose levels. Then add a mix of stress, and dealing with life's many other events and it can play itself out as burnout, depression or anxiety related stress.
