It’s been great
@Lamont D .
I even had some chilled out time today to work out why my alarms weren’t happening, which give the heads up prior to me waking up dazed before I realize I’m low?
My best wishes to you..
I have said recently that your brain does not tell you the truth of what is happening. The symptoms are there but we need help with understanding them. Over time the symptoms are just there. There is just more of the same, and meanwhile, it tries to compensate with more signals of symptoms but we have no idea what it is trying to tell us.
it's not until we find out how to control the symptoms, and understand the reasons behind it all. Can we help ourselves to be progressive with the best way to avert more symptoms. And as we progress, and our health improves, our brains adjust the signal of symptoms to our better heslth. It is not until we actually get to a place where our health has improved, to be as good as before the symptoms started, that we can evaluate how to be as well as we can.
However, as we all know, our mushy thing in our skulls does things without our permission it is an automatic response from the rest of our body. Hungry when we are not, wanting a treat, when we shouldnt, smelling gorgeous aromas, tasting forbidden fruits. Drinking in the feast of the temptations (no not the Motown group)
And suffering the rejection of them all.
Why do our senses do this?
Why does our brains react to this stimulation, when our concious, knows it can't and shouldn't?
It lies!
Why does the lifeforce in all of us, through our senses, tell fibs, to get us to do things we know we should not?
I have got the awareness of going low, only through experience and getting my health back, despite my brains best efforts to tempt me back to the dark side. To be in total neglect of the brain fog that had me in the devil's clutch of hypoglycaemic super symptoms. My hypo hell.
Knowledge and understanding and more specialised endocrinologists that have experienced these types of conditions.
Our health service is too full of those trained in general practice rather than specific practice.
That is why we 'lay' persons need a place to offer support and maybe provide some insight into how we can be of help to our fellow friends from anywhere. Without prejudice or bias.
And making them aware of the lies and the misleading information.
But, yeah, merry Christmas mate.
I'm good!
And still around......
