Meteor shower tonight

Best around midnight and onwards.
Will it be spectacular like many are saying/

I think it is too cloudy here.

Perfect conditions here.
Perfect spot too.
Fields all around no lights no noise nothing.
Silent vast and black.
A red crescent moon hanging very low on the north west horizon .... in fact just gone below the horizon.
And not a sausage.
Nothing.
I'll try again tomorrow night but tonight was supposed to be the best .... nothing in perfect conditions.
Lovely night out there though.
