H @Lorraine1973 In the first instance of any issues you need to call the Medtronic helpline, at this time of night you would end up seeking to the US but they would do a run through on the settings, unfortunately on a forum you won't always get an immediate answer as it depends whose online so hope you get this resolved ?

The meter connecting isn’t a serious problem. Not enough to need a basal insulin.
Call the Medtronic helpline. They should be able to figure out the problem. Hopefully it’s something easy, like batteries. Or they’ll be able to replace the meter.
