Hi I would love some help advice etc. I have been experimenting with fasting for a few weeks now and it's getting easier yay! However I do have a horrible mouth feel when about 8 hours in. I am drinking and my output is clear pale etc. So not obviously dehydrated. I hate chewing gum. I can not able to keep cleaning my teeth do any of you have any suggestions .
    Thanks

Mouthwash? Fresh breath spray? Bovril? Maybe something like a herbal or fruity tea? (I don't like them hot but some of the fruity teas are lovely cold.)

I second fresh breath spray. Tesco do a fresh mint sugar free one called Pro Formula, small enough to fit in a pocket or handbag.
