Music Fan?

Oh dear, I think I'm turning into ny mother! Watching Jools Holland new series and I keep thinking is "who's that then" "that was a load of old rubbish". Only ones on today that I know of are the O Jays

The guitar and synth work in this for over forty years old is nothing less than astounding!!!
This on the meagre eight track tape technology of recording studios back then!

Demiss Rousos however you spell it and Vangellis before most had heard of them.

I remember seeing a programme on the top 100 one hit wonders and this was (possibly No.1) Norm said he'd gone to a gig and all they wanted to hear was Spirit in the Sky and he ended up playing it for an hour and then had to play it for the encore, so it was a real millstone round his neck poor bloke.
 
I am a big fan of Breaking Benjamin. Check out some of their stuff.
They have some awesome songs such as Had Enough, Breath, Blow Me Away and Home.
Also, their album Dear Agony is pretty awesome.
