So whats your all time favourite song/s!? New or old, all genres welcome. Looking for something new to listen to need inspiration :-)

Personally I like instrumentals, either heavily guitar or violin orientated. Usually find myself listening to unsigned musician's and vocalists. Any pointers in this direction also appreciated :-)

Mind me asking how old you are and what and who has floated your boat so far?

Nope, none of these! I like your football knowledge but not your music! Don't like the original Mony Mony either!

This one is from 1935 making it eighty years old.
Warning warning warning!
Very explicit lyrics and it'll shock you what your great granny was really listening to!

I am very picky with my music as I am with probably everything!

I really like Northern Soul, but the problem with trying to put them on paper is that most of the songs or artists have never had recording contracts or never had chart hits.

Nope, too heavvvvvvyyyy!

@Nicko2K I know what you mean about needing inspiration sometimes. I have a new trick...I listen to the radio at work (Team Rock Radio) and whenever I hear anything I like, I write it on a post-it note and pop it in my bag so I don't forget. I have the memory of a goldfish. I check the bands out later at home on YouTube.

In the past few week I have collected three new (new to me!) bands. (California Breed, Rival Sons, Von Hertzen Brothers). A rich crop :D
