My 15 Minutes Of Fame - Thanks To This Forum

Hi @Rachox I listened this morning live and was so so impressed.
Terrific in fact - it was very balanced much less about weight loss and much more about managing your diabetes excellent indeed.
You also sound like the lovely person you are well done youre doing great to get the message out there about the livewell plate and NHS advice not working and needing to look at things like the DCUK low carb programme.
Huge pat on the back time it must have taken some bravery to do a live interview like that and then to get that message across. Superstar

I'm a bit late in adding my congratulations @Rachox Well done on everything including the weight loss. You must feel brilliant. I only found out your magical success because it's Diabetes Awareness Month.
