Type of diabetes

I have suffered three falls lately and wondered if anyone has experienced the same.l was unconscious for about 30minutes. All blood testing was OK. I think I need to change my diet and would be grateful for any advice.

More info needed, but in any event, 30 minutes is a long LONG time .... get that checked out please as it's far from normal and needs attention.
