Tonight at 9.30pm I tested before supper and my meter read 4.8. Looking through my notes this is my first 4-something
. I am aiming for between the 4s and 5s so I'm over the moon. Though now I've had supper - 1 slice of stoneground wholemeal with some chicken slices it's probably a little higher now, but it's given me the boost I need to carry on lower carbing - and even lower carbing. At least now I know I can do it with a bit of care. I'm so happy I could celebrate with a bar of choccy - but I won't
