Very pleased with my results - my BS down again to 5.9% 8) - my cholesterol lower too just slightly at 4.2 but this time last year was at 5.7 and have managed to get it down without statins and my blood pressure best its been at 120/72 - but I have gained 2lbs 
- DSN and myself have put that down to extra exercise building muscle and maybe change in season - less salads etc - so all in all very pleased and will work on the weight
