Today was ok. Had hunger pangs this morning but they went after my coffee but returned at around 11.30 - an hour before lunch break and I just had to ignore it. Took a bg reading before lunch and was shocked to discover it was 7.0! May be that I was running around too much but I was expecting a lot lower - considering I was hungry!! I need to definitely up the water intake too.
L: prawn, avacado, lettuce, cucumber, basil spray, Mayo. Half can Diet Coke. Turkish yoghurt with cinnamon and seeds.
S: 4 strawberries and dollop whipped cream. Tea.
D: courgetti, chicken, garlic, cream, mozeralla and fresh basil sauce. It was divine!!! Water.
May start chair exercises tomorrow...depends what time I get back from work....
Just a quick note Debmcgee, remember ...the dawn phenomenon can also occur virtually anytime if you start running around feeling hungry...your body will give you a shot of glucose to help boost you...

i would reccomend eating little but often to counteract this,clive
