Scales say I've lost a total of 2kg since starting IF two weeks ago which I guess isn't too bad considering I'd really slowed down with weightloss.
Bg is a bit scary though - 6.8 just now - still to break the fast and was expecting a reading in the fives
So now fasting is well under way, I need to focus on stress reduction before I add to the statistics of fat people and heart attacks with low carbing
Onwards and upwards xxx

. I've NEVER been able to carry on sleeping that late so clearly I was shattered. Disappointing thing is that out of 11 hours in bed (although I did have to get up twice with cramp to walk about), that only 1.5hrs of it was deep sleep. It's very interesting.

. Forearms hurt, right knee feels like it'll pop if o squat down, and I think I've pulled a muscle in my hip (think at swimming). Could use a nice massage. Feeling old today! X





Fast 11 was really good. Work was crazy so I was glad not to have to make time to eat.
FBG today was 5.8. Not a great night's sleep but looks like FBG is getting more steady - three days in a row of 5s!
