My low(er) carb journey as a veggie

    Fantastic idea @Avocado Sevenfold , it looks really good too! You could also do it as a small parcel shape too I'd imagine, using 2 slices - mini low carb 'enchiladas'? Or stack a few together with appropriate stuff in between to make 'quasedillas'? Not sure I've spelled that right!
     
  2. @purplekat I cut edam into triangles, season with chilli, garlic granules, salt or whatever then bake = Doritos.
