Sharing a link to a podcast I did a couple of days ago with my husband - we were interviewed by Dan Greef who hosts a podcast called U.K. Low Carb - so,as you’d imagine main focus is on the low carb way of eating. I feel a bit nervous about the podcast as I talk about other health issues too and don’t like the sound of my voice.
