Pasta, sorry to me it's vile, yeuch lol (and full of nasty carbs)
Just popping in to update folks on my progress.
A1c Nov 2017: 78 mmol/mol
A1c Feb 2018: 83 mmol/mol
A1c May 2018: 58 mmol/mol

I have went from 92.5 Kg in February to 87 Kg (22 May). All my other lab work has improved. Totally changed diet and exercise regime since February and not feeling addicted to carbs and sugar as I was. So I am just going to keep going with what works for me. I have my DNS today and will probably have my insulin reduced.

Cheers. My original figures in 2010 were A1c 112 mmol/l and weighed 115 Kg so big improvements !

Fabulous progress there @eddie1968 . I know you've had some significant ealth challenges along the way, but hopefully things are coming good for you now.
