Need a bit of a boost

I need a bit of a boost. I have been low carbing for about three months. I am feeling a bit better in myself, and my diet has improved with more vegetables and fish. However I am still waking in the night with sweats and hot feet. Also my frozen shoulders are not getting any better.
I fell off the wagon a bit during a business trip, eating crisps from petrol stations. However I skipped hotel breakfasts and bought cheese and yoghurts for my own breakfast. Also did a restaurant meal where I had a nice steak and salad,m which was plenty for me.
I am not exactly craving carbs or sweet things, however I am getting mightily tired of cheese and chorizo slices and snacking on nuts of an evening.
Also craving breakfast cereals, which I know are high in sugar. I did do scrambled eggs, but am again getting tired.
Blood tests are due to be taken, so I have no idea what my hba1c level is.

I stayed in a hotel some years ago and I was the only one in our group who had the 'proper' breakfast. The others went for the carbs. By mid morning they were starving hungry and queuing up to buy more carbs. I had the bacon, eggs, mushrooms, sausages, more eggs, and anything else low carb and wasn't hungry until the evening, by which time the others had eaten lunch and another snack. I didn't even eat the biscuits on the tea tray in my room - the others called in to collect them after the evenings entertainment. By the end of the week they were all complaining that they had put on weight and blaming the hotel food, when really it was just the wrong choices. It was not a problem to request low carb alternatives for dinner.

I second @lucylocket61 that your symptoms may not be related to your diabetes. Worthwhile talking to your doctor. Also finding out your HbA1c is always worthwhile.
