Depression is horrible... I can totally empathise with you.
Is it to the point of not going out, not caring about getting dressed, or giving two hoots about family or friends or caring for yourself?
Can you be honest enough with us (strangers) but true friends that understand to tell us of anything specific that lowers your moods?
I'm not going to jump in and assume its diabetes as often its unrelated **** as well.....
However, getting a small initial hobby can help. Whether its an adult colouring book or outdoor gardening or doing just one small thing a day can help. I have been to occupational therapy because of another illness and this has helped my brain a lot....
Am thinking of you and hope that you can give some detail what you identify as leading to sad thoughts..
Depression does happen a lot in diabetics, we do understand if its diabetes related.
It does happen in non diabetics as well.
Would you let us know anything that is worrying you??
