Ok you found it. Click on it and it will open up on the page you are on. A small box will open. click on the drop down menu next to "new". select "rectangular Snip". You will now see a cross as your cursor. Place the cross at the edge of the item you want to capture and holding down the left button on your mouse drag the cross along and down until you have captured the item. Let go of the mouse button. A new window will open with your captured image in it. Click on the purple floppy disk at the top and save that image to your documents or pictures or wherever you save stuff to.
Try this and I'll tell you how to get it on the site after.

Right I've just had alook round and there are loads of old avatars showing @Brunneria and @jack412 to name but 2
