Yeah when they talk about diet its: plenty of starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, NOT ON MY WATCH
some protein-rich foods such as meat, fish, eggs and lentils and some dairy foods. OK
It should also be low in fat LOW FAT USUALLY MEANS HI CARB SO NO!
i.e the usual carp :shock:

The website is about working rights and help and benefits for people who have diabetes and other conditions. It is not telling you what you should and shouldn't be doing. The clue is in the the title Your Work Health and hence that is why it is posted in the Employment Forum.
Some members have posted about having difficulties at work so i thought it would be useful for them to look at it to see if it helps.
