Hi all hope you are all well.
Not posted for a while. Been busy.
Just wanted to let you know my results are now 44. !!!!!!! Yeah !!!!
    Down from 103 in February.
Just want to say thanks for all your advice on here in getting me to this point.
It's been a nightmare but seeing the changes has been good now.
I have more energy, very slowly losing a few pounds and feeling better in myself. So all good.
    Best wishes
    Lin

Lin - If you go to the top right hand side of the window, where you get notifications, hover or click on your name and a box appears. In the box, click on Signature, and there y'go.

    Celebrate your success.
