Hi, I am just approaching 70 andI have a strong family history of type 2 diabetes and I want to avoid developing this myself. I want to do the low carb diet as I am slowly increasing in weight despite eating carefully and I think low carbs may be the answer. I don't have a problem thinking of meals ideas but I need to be able to eat a healthy snack mid morning and supper time, what are the best snacks, any ideas please.
