New study - not good results for keto

didn't shawn baker have insulin resistant level of Hb1Ac? and he is a carnivore zero carb was it the "physiological" insulin resistance they are talking about?
Dr Shawn Baker had a not to un typical set of metrics to many who perform at a high level of athletics. His HbA1c did cross the threshold into pre-diabetes, but his insulin levels were from memory around a 2. This type of profile of having higher than average glucose levels in the blood as an elite athlete happen to many.

Since providing his results, which stirred up many communities he has changed the way he works out, eating windows / walking and posted fbg levels in the 50's easily.

Here's one of his videos from the horses mouth:
Even after stepping away from the rowing (at elite level to focus on Ju-Jitsu), other high performers such as Dr Ted Naimen are around 5 seconds behind for 500's - astonishing The athletic performance at his age, some of the charlatans could not do a half of - they should post their numbers; I suspect low HDL, high Trigs, high HS-CRP and internal visceral fat (an other poor metrics).

So yes, physiological not pathological - his CAC is a zero. I am not comparing myself to this "beast", but I have ulta low blood glucose and low spikes, but run higher A1c's. There are several factors that feed into this but exercise and exercise choices does seem to have some correlation.
