New Year Resolutions!

I want to stay focused and keep loosing weight and go to the fitness-center 3 times a week... and be on about 80 grams of carbs a day...and 80 grams of proteins... and stay low calorie

hope that all in all will do the job and keep my numbers stable at an HbA1c about 36

I have resolved to get my weight down to 154lbs this year ..

I've been dieting since 2010 when I was 226lbs and could hardly walk without a great deal of pain and hardly breath as well! I got down to 188lbs in August 2015 but have now put on about a stone and the back is getting very painful again.

Goals are per day .. calories 1200 carbohydrates 60-100 sodium 1500
 
I intend to keep breathing for the whole year .. and go back to my 20g of carbs a day for the first 3 months of 2017.. after that back to the higher carbs of around 50g a day ... happy days
