Lovely concept! I found myself walking 7/8 miles a day in Seville recently, albeit it at a leisurely pace! lol Could i do it in the cold and rain? ..... Nope!
I am fortunate in that i work in the middle east so i will avoid the cold. However it will be a struggle during the summer. Will be resorting to indoor treadmill then methinks.

I have several, to continue on the low carb diet and loose weight so I can get into a dress my sister has bought for me for my nephews wedding in February and to get small enough to have a bladder op so I can stop wearing pads.
To exercise daily even if its to walk a little further each day so I will be thinner and fitter when I take 2017 Christmas to my daughter where ever she is in the world. This year was so difficult with out her.
To reduce my HBA1C.
I may not achieve all but I'm going to try.

@Maggie/Magpie What I did was started off walking to the nearest shop then one slightly further away until I was walking to the one at the other end of the street took a while but when I could do that started walking in the local park from bench to bench resting at each bench till I could make it right round the park then walking to every other bench and so on building strength up as I went just do a bit at a time till you get where you want to be.

Good luck with your resolutions and have a good time at your Nephew's wedding and dance the blues away.

John

To be more environmentally friendly. Almost out of pooh bags so just ordered 1000 of eBay for £8.49..
Going to check out bin bags next but need to use up a couple of rolls of normal plastic ones first.....

Check out 'nappy sacks' in the supermarkets - the 'Basic' or 'economy' ones could well be cheaper ;) I'll now be checking out ebay (thanks) to check prices as I use them for my cats' litter trays ;)
Thanks for the tip ;)

Edit: Sainsbury's Basic Nappy Sacks @ £0.25/100 - don 't know if you can beat that, eh? ;)
Tesco - £0.35/300 !!!
