Hi All

I've been looking at this site on and off for some time but was always a bit nervous about signing up and asking any questions but today I decided to take the plunge.
I started a low carb diet 10 weeks ago as was frustrated trying to control high blood sugars and decided to try this as nothing else seemed to work after 10 weeks I've lost 25lbs and my blood sugars have now come down to under 10 when testing 4 times a day.
So for me this has definately made a vast improvement on my health and my diabetes.
Just thought I would share this with others who are unsure to give it a try it may also work for you :)
